Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Formobi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Formobi", "we", "us", or "our") through the ServiceTiket platform.
1. Subscription Model
ServiceTiket operates on a subscription-based licensing model. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed during the onboarding process. All subscription terms, pricing, and scope of service are documented in the Service Agreement or Order Form signed between the parties.
2. Free Trial & Evaluation
We offer a free consultation and demo period to allow prospective clients to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. During this period, no charges are incurred and no payment information is required.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current annual term. Early termination of annual subscriptions may be subject to terms specified in your Service Agreement.
- Custom Enterprise Agreements: Cancellation terms for enterprise contracts are governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed agreement.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Within 14 Days: If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. This applies only to the initial subscription period.
- After 14 Days: Refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period after the initial 14-day window. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Annual Subscriptions — Pro-Rata: For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window, we may offer a pro-rata credit at our discretion, calculated based on the unused months remaining in the subscription term.
- Implementation & Setup Fees: One-time implementation, configuration, and training fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via email with your account details and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a period of 30 days to allow you to export your records. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting all critical data before your subscription ends.
7. Service Level Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service due to unresolved technical issues or platform downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, please raise a support ticket or contact our team directly. We are committed to resolving service issues and may offer service credits or adjustments where warranted.
