Lease and procurement
Agreement, lessor, vendor, PO, invoice, schedule, term and financial references.
ServiceTiket connects lease and procurement records to individual equipment operating across hospitals, clinics, laboratories and diagnostic centres.
For: Healthcare groups, diagnostic networks, medical-equipment programmes, finance, procurement, biomedical and facility teams.
The operating question
Medical equipment may require installation, acceptance, accessories, service evidence and controlled movement between facilities. Those operating records should remain attached to the lease and asset identity.
Where is the equipment installed and accepted?
What accessories, components and documents belong with it?
What is its condition and last verification status?
What must happen before movement, replacement, return or buyout?
Connected workflow
Capture specification, budget, vendor or lessor, order and destination facility.
Record receipt, serial number, condition, installation, acceptance and documents.
Assign facility, department, custodian, accessories and operational status.
Track audits, condition, service events, exceptions and approved movements.
Control exchange, return, buyout, redistribution or retirement evidence.
Connected records

Illustrative example
The movement is approved, the source condition recorded, custody transferred, destination acceptance captured and the asset’s lease and service history preserved.
Clinical, biomedical, safety and regulatory procedures remain customer-owned requirements.
Business value
Know where each unit and its associated components are expected.
Keep receipt, installation, condition, movement and return records together.
Coordinate finance, procurement, biomedical, facilities, service and audit owners.
Scope and responsibility
ServiceTiket records the agreed workflow, roles, approvals, documents and evidence. It does not replace the organisation’s legal, tax, accounting or safety judgement.
References to GST, delivery challans, e-way bills, insurance or statutory documents describe records a workflow can retain. Their applicability is decided by the customer and its advisers.
Every implementation is scoped against the organisation’s asset classes, systems, locations, policies and control requirements.
A useful first conversation
Bring an anonymised lease schedule, asset register, or workflow. We will map where the records separate and what a controlled process could look like.
