Lease register
Lease ID, lessor, classification, invoice, dates, tenure, value, IBR, rentals and balances.
ServiceTiket brings lease-accounting support into the operating lifecycle so finance can review terms, schedules, payments, approvals and physical-asset evidence together.
For: CFOs, controllers, lease-accounting teams, finance operations, internal audit and enterprise applications.
The operating question
Finance also needs complete source data, controlled policy inputs, approvals, payment evidence, change history and a defensible relationship between the lease and the assets in use.
Which source records support initial recognition?
How are schedules compared with actual recorded payments?
Can modifications be reproduced from approved inputs?
Which physical assets and field evidence support the finance record?

The source record can include a commencement date, quarterly payments, first and last broken periods, a balloon or buyout term, refundable deposit and asset-level identities. Finance approves how those inputs are treated.
No numerical result is shown because calculation methodology and policy assumptions require qualified review.
Business value
Make the assumptions, source documents, approvers and changes visible to the finance team.
Keep calculation records and versions available for review and reconciliation.
Link the finance record to procurement, receipt, asset identity, location and field verification.
Scope and responsibility
ServiceTiket maintains configured records, schedules, approvals and evidence. The organisation and its advisers remain responsible for accounting policy, treatment, review and compliance.
Ind AS 116 is the primary accounting context for the India offering. IFRS 16 or ASC 842 requirements are assessed separately where group reporting requires them.
Calculations, reports, integrations and controls are confirmed during discovery and testing before they are included in an implementation scope.
