1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ServiceTiket platform (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ServiceTiket is an enterprise SaaS platform providing customized workflows for asset management, asset placement management, service management, and spare management. Users can access the platform through web and mobile applications. The Platform allows the enterprise workforce to sign in using a mobile phone number or Single Sign-On (SSO). Users are added and managed by the organization’s admin.

3. User Registration and Access

a. Enterprise Workforce: Users from the enterprise workforce are added and managed by the organization’s admin. Access to the Platform is granted through mobile phone numbers or Single Sign-On.

b. External Service Providers: External service provider entities are added, and their users are managed by the organization of the entity owner. Access and usage are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon with the entity owner.

4. Data Ownership

All data captured on the Platform, including asset bar code scans, checklists, field photos, asset placement photos, precise locations, etc., belongs to the respective organizations using ServiceTiket. ServiceTiket claims no ownership of the data.

5. Use of Data

a. ServiceTiket ensures the confidentiality and security of data. Data is processed and utilized solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

b. ServiceTiket does not sell or share data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

a. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

b. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.

7. ServiceTiket Responsibilities

a. ServiceTiket is responsible for maintaining the availability, functionality, and security of the Platform.

b. ServiceTiket commits to handling user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ServiceTiket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Platform.

9. Termination of User Account

ServiceTiket reserves the right to suspend or terminate individual user accounts or access to the Platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct. Inappropriate conduct includes but is not limited to:

a. Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

b. Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

c. Unauthorized use of the Platform.

d. Any conduct that ServiceTiket, in its sole discretion, considers harmful or disruptive to the Platform or other users.

Upon identification of inappropriate conduct, ServiceTiket will bring the matter to the attention of the respective organization’s administrator for further action, which may include disciplinary measures, account suspension, or termination, as determined by the organization’s policies.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ServiceTiket may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India.
